Tiliva Resort is a small, family-run property situated on the north east of the island, set on 18 acres of tropical garden. This “eco” resort is completely Fijian owned and operated.

Tiliva Resort is not a typical holiday destination. It offers unrivalled peace and tranquility in an area of outstanding natural beauty, and is only a 20 minute boat trip from the impressive Astrolabe reef. The surrounding areas with their crystal clear waters are unspoiled by general human intrusion.

From Tiliva Resort, you can experience the breathtaking corals and ocean life of the awe-inspiring Astrolabe and Solo Reefs, one of the natural wonders of the world.

Alternatively, the more relaxed guest can choose to snorkel, explore the fascinating coastline or simply enjoy the beach.

Accommodation & Amenities

Accommodation:
The resort offers deluxe self-contained bures nestled amongst the trees providing complete privacy. Each bure features private en-suite, high ceilings with fan and private verandah. All bures are well appointed and are serviced on a daily basis.

Amenities: Tiliva has its own large restaurant and fully licensed bar. Guests can enjoy the freshly picked tropical fruit, native vegetables and local island cuisine while relaxing on the verandah. In the evening guests can choose from a candlelit dinner on the restaurant veranda overlooking the beach or dine in the main building where you can watch your meal being cooked in the traditional underground ovens (lovo).

Facilities: The resort offers scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking and sport fishing. Trekking, bird watching, guided tours and village boat trips can also be arranged.

Diving: A 10 minute boat ride from Tiliva Resort takes you to The Great Astrolabe Reef. The reef has dive sites to intrigue both beginners and experienced divers. The reef is famous for its soft and hard corals, giant gorgonian fans, underwater cliffs, walls tunnels and drop offs and also the diverse marine life include pelagic fish, dolphins, sharks and manta rays.
