Housereef
This dive site is directly in front of Alona Beach. It slopes down to 20m and is good for and night dives. There are many varieties of soft and hard corals,and schools of lipfish, butterfly fish and doctor fish can be spotted.
Arco Point
Only 2km away from Alona Beach, this dive has a colony of seasnakes and a dive thru tunnel that starts at 8m and exits at 18m. This site is covered with soft corals and is home to schools of glass fish, moray eels, snake eels and frogfish.
Doljo Beach
There are several good dive sites at Doljo Beach,40 minuts away. Fan Coral Garden and Hammerhead Point are on the north side of Panglao, and have a great drop off for for deeper diveswith huge fan corals, elephant sponges and giant frogfish.The clear visibility make the dives here, unforgetable.
Pamilacan
Pamilacan Island is 40 minutes boatride from Alona Beach. This site is excellent for drift dives and can have strong currents with a good chance to see manta and whaleshark. There is also a large coral garden at approx. 20m.
Balicasag
Balicasag Island is very well known to divers throughout the Philippines. Three popular sites include:

Diver's Heaven - with schooling jack fish and barracudas, turtles, sponges, anemones, soft and hard corals, make this site a must see, must dive.
