MV Oceania

MV Oceania is a 27 metre catamaran based out of Walindi Plantation Resort in the waters of the Bismarck Sea. She began operations in April 2019 after an extensive refit and refurbishment of her cabins and guest areas, being re-designed with the modern diver in mind. MV Oceania comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests in eight air-conditioned cabins all with ensuite and above deck with ocean views.

Itineraries of 8 – 10 nights vary throughout the year to suit the weather patterns of each season.

Cabins

5 Twin Berth Cabins and 3 Queen Bed Cabins located on the Main Deck with windows and ocean views. All cabins have ensuite bathrooms, individual climate control, fresh towels daily, hair dryers and daily laundry service.

Large comfortable lounge area with TV. The skirting is lined with international plug style outlets for easy charging of devices. Dining and bar area in front of the galley.

Food/Meals

Buffet breakfast and lunch served from the bar area. A-la-carte dinner. Please advise any special dietary requirements well in advance. Certain special dietary and beverage requests may not be available due to the remote nature of this location so we highly recommend you bring these items with you.

All day juice, tea, coffee and water. Soft drinks, mixers and beers are also available at additional cost.

Camera table on the back dive deck. Dedicated camera storage and charging cupboards.

Decks

Salon, dining room and galley located on the Bridge Deck.
Cabins and dive deck located on the Main Deck.
The dive deck includes individual storage areas, camera work area and a dive deck bathroom and shower. Steps lead down to the water level duck board.
Lower sundeck with couches and arm chairs. Larger upper sundeck with a large table and seating.
